JDM Addiction is working hard to protect the safety of our team members and you, our customers. We have increased health efforts in our office, warehouse, and shipping department. These proactive measures may affect all domestic and international deliveries. Shipping updates are as follows:
In-stock items will be shipped within 2-4 business days. You will be informed if the item is not in stock and asked how you would like to proceed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.
Curbside Pickup:
- When choosing Shipping Options as you place your order, choose
“Instore Pickup"
Replacements and substitutions are not available for curbside pickup. - When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification and phone call.
- Curbside pickup is available between Monday and Friday: 10am - 9pm and Saturday: 12pm - 6pm
- When you arrive at JDM Addiction, call 647-297-6042 OR 647-607-5227
- Please give us your first and last name with your order number and we will bring your order to you.
- To complete your order, we will ask you for your Government Photo Id with matching address and name on the order. If these do not match, your order will be refunded.
By Choosing Curbside Pickup, I Understand:
- The instructions listed above, especially the hours that curbside pickup is available (Monday-Saturday).
- I will be notified by email OR phone call when my order is ready for pickup.
- Most orders are fulfilled within a day or two. However, some orders may take longer. Due to safety protocols, JDM Addiction maintains a smaller fulfillment staff on site, and delays may be possible.
- I understand my order will not be available unless I have received an email OR phone call stating the order is ready for curbside pickup.
- That I must enter my email address correctly when ordering, otherwise I will not receive shipping or pickup notifications via email - making my order incomplete.
- That curbside pickup is no-contact, and I must adhere to the instructions listed above for my safety and the safety of JDM Addiction employees during the Covid-19 pandemic.
- That curbside pickup is for pre-orders ONLY. Any order adjustments or new orders must be made over the phone.
- This is a policy that all employees are required to follow, and exceptions will not be made.
